After creating the mood boards, I then decided to look at nostalgic themed packaging in particular, as I feel that is the theme I want to follow for my project.

After looking at packaging that present a ‘nostalgic’ theme, I then decide to look at the different forms of packaging and the different ways the product can be presented.

After looking at different forms of packaging I then decided to look at images specifically from 1914, as it is the anniversary of 100 years since WW1. Below are some images I found which I feel are symbolic of the era.

After looking through the pictures, it gave me the idea of looking at recipes that were used for cooking in 1914, this was to give me the idea of different flavours which I can use which may have been popular at that time.

I feel the recipes have given me inspiration for different themes, which I will be able to take further when developing my project.
After looking at this era i tried finding specific events that happened within this time. This proved hard to do, and brought me onto the idea of looking at iconic events that have happened throughout time, including the greatest achievement of man; from the descovery of fire, to the moon landing.
